1. Are those real quartz crystals?
Yes, you can tell from the naturally formed cloudy inclusions inside the crystal.

2. Is there any other payment options?
Yes. We do accept bank transfer. Please specify it when  getting a quote.

3. Is there any other delivery method?
Yes. Air Parcel is a cheaper option for parcels less than 1kg. It takes around 10 working days, but only half the cost of UPS. Please advice your preferred delivery while making custom order.  See postage cost for more details.

4. How long does it take to handle my order?
It usually takes 5 working days to make your order.

5. Is it possible to make other sizes than what is listed on site?
Yes of course, we make to order. Please specify it when getting a quote. We will get back to you ASAP once confirmed with crystal cutters.
